2. Who We Are and What We Do
Front Desk Solutions provides AI automation systems to business clients ("Clients"). These systems may send automated SMS messages, initiate AI-assisted voice calls, and manage follow-up workflows on behalf of our Clients.
In this capacity, Front Desk Solutions operates as a service provider and, in some instances, as a data processor acting on behalf of its Clients. Our Clients retain responsibility for their own customer data and compliance obligations as data controllers.

This data is processed solely to deliver services contracted by our Clients. We do not use this data for our own marketing purposes.

4. SMS and AI-Powered Communications (TCPA / A2P / CTIA)
A. Outreach on Behalf of Clients
Front Desk Solutions operates AI-powered SMS and voice systems that contact individuals on behalf of our Clients. These communications are initiated based on prior relationships, expressed interest, or opt-in consent obtained by the Client.
If you receive an SMS or AI voice call facilitated by our systems, it is being sent on behalf of one of our business Clients. The Client is the originating party responsible for consent and compliance with applicable laws.
B. Opt-Out Handling
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Upon receipt of a STOP message, our systems will cease further outreach. You may reply HELP for assistance.
Opt-out requests are processed promptly and are honored across the applicable campaign. Consent is never a condition of receiving services.
C. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies depending on the campaign and Client configuration. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
D. SMS Data Practices
We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with carriers and communication infrastructure providers necessary to deliver messages, solely for that purpose.
5. AI-Enabled Systems and Data Handling
Our core service delivery relies on AI systems including automated SMS bots, AI voice agents, and automated follow-up workflows. The following applies to data processed through these systems:
Interaction data (message content, call audio if applicable, transcripts) is collected and processed to deliver the contracted service.
AI interaction data may be retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required for legal compliance or dispute resolution.
Access to AI interaction data is limited to authorized personnel and vetted service providers.
We do not use AI to make decisions that produce significant legal or similarly consequential effects on individuals without appropriate human oversight.
6. How We Use Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
Delivering and administering contracted AI automation services
Communicating with prospective and current Clients
Operating lead reactivation, speed-to-lead, and out-of-hours AI systems on behalf of Clients
Improving system performance and service quality
Fraud prevention and security

Marketing our own services to business prospects (not to individuals in Client databases)
7. How We Share Information

We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of our company, Clients, or others.
